Hi, on my end I see that it was delivered as well. Not sure what is happening. The tracking is provided my PM, not entered by me. I’ll look into it further and try and contact PM, to see how it can be tracked.

I saw that the Anna, the red tassel hasn’t arrived, yet it was shipped with the others. Not sure how they would have all been separated. So the one that is MIA is the blue and gold? The red tasked is still shipping, and you did receive the black tassel as the pink ball Pom?

I'm so sorry to let you know but I opened the box where I've been storing the purse and it looks like the buckle is coming apart slightly at the handle. They must have been damaged in our recent move to our new house. I cancelled the order but I can relist them at 50% discount if you're still interested. It's most likely an easy fix for any repair shop. Let me know! Again I apologize for having to cancel.
