laurentrish @juliafromca Hi Julia, yes, I’m terribly sorry about that. I contacted Poshmark support immediately and they should’ve issued you a shipping label to send on the item to the correct person. (1) Did you receive that label and have you shipped the bundle of items to them yet?

laurentrish @juliafromca Regarding your blue Smartwool pants, I sent those to your address immediately (never sent to the wrong address). On my end, it says it was delivered to you so this is news to me! (2) You have NOT received the smartwool blue pants you ordered, is that correct? Again, I’m so sorry about this mistake! I’m working to correct it ASAP.

ostella_marie @laurentrish I did receive the other shipping label but wasn’t able to ship them last week while Chicago closed down during the polar vortex. I’ll try to ship today but might be tomorrow.

laurentrish @juliafromca I tracked the package online and it says it was delivered, but that must be referring to the wrong package (that you are forwarding). After some googling, it looks like your package will either come to you anyway and I will be billed for the shipping (which is fine), or it will return to my home address and I will ship to you separately. I’ll let you know immediately if I receive it back at home. I’ll also contact poshmark support again and see if they have another idea.

laurentrish @juliafromca I went to the post office today to ask about your package. Because I used the correct label to ship to you, which had already been used on accident to ship the other person’s things, they said one of two things will happen: either you will still receive the package, in which case they may tell you you need to pay for the shipping (please do, and I’ll pay you back 2x!) or it’ll be returned to me, and I will then ship to you.
