joseph_mom @focofit hi there! I have some questions for you 😊 You gave such good advice! When an item of mine is "added to a bundle" what does that mean? Also is there a way I can message all the people who have loved my items and offer a discount?

focofit @joseph_mom Hi! I am glad you reached out. When someone adds something to a bundle it could mean a few things. First they could be shopping around in your closet and want to save an item and maybe combine it with others, and they do so by adding it to a bundle. Also, unfortunately, the add to bundle button is close to the share button, so they may have accidentally hit it instead of sharing your item. With that I just wait until they actually purchase a bundle.

focofit @joseph_mom As far as contacting all the customers who have liked your items, the easiest way is if you discount by 10% or more, they automatically get notified of a price drop via email and through the app. If you're at the point of maybe discounting 10% that's the way I would do it. I hope that helps!
