I keep all of my Posh Merch upstate @ my parents’ bc I live down in NYC and can barely fit my own clothing, shoes & accessories! anymore and I’d have to sleep in bed with them LOL. unportmanteau Hi, can you please let me know why you have attempted to cancel the purchase of the YSL bag? It has already shipped and this is against Poshmark policy. You also did not reach out to me to cancel it at all, which I find really odd.

unportmanteau @blajulia If that is the case I really wish you had reached out to me on the listing. Poshmark said that you reached out today though, which is against their cancellation policy. It just kind of sucks for me because I had over 50 offers sent out on it that all had to be forfeited, and it was cross-listed on another platform with a large number of followers that I have now lost...

unportmanteau @blajulia I am really at a loss as to what to do here. I don’t understand why you didn’t tell me you were canceling. I also don’t think it’s okay to do to a seller. I have contacted poshmark about it and they’re investigating everything, whether or not you communicated with me, the time you accepted versus cancelled, etc. Please be communicative in this situation, I now have a $500 item in transit.

unportmanteau @blajulia can you at least answer me? You have created a big headache for me, it goes without saying your lack of responses and poor communication is 100% to blame, unfortunately. It has become clear that this is not a case of accidental purchase but buyer’s remorse for one reason or another and I am left with no choice but to challenge your cancellation.

blajulia @alexandra_leila it was an accidental purchase- that the app didn’t allow me to cancel so I contacted pm a minute later- I told you I would send it back- I would even offer to pag u if I liked it once it arrived. I was also charged so as a result we both are in a frustrating spot- i don’t really want to be bullied on here- I think I have communicative - I don’t have tracking (you would ? ) so until it arrive there isn’t anything I can do

blajulia @m_mouhebaty hi I’m so sorry your having issues I never had a problem- did u try putting soap or chapstick on the zipper to lube it up so it closes better ? That’s worked before on sweater for me
