ainsley_fox Hi Julia! I purchased the free people shorts but I just received a notification that $19.99 in postage was due in order to pick the package up. I am wondering why this happened because I paid the $7.11 in shipping for the item already!? Maybe you forgot to stick the prepaid shipping label on the package or used the wrong box? Let me know.
