toritovar9 Hi I am really upset I just opened the glasses you sent me (Tory Burch) snd they are very scratched up😳 I don’t want to leave you a negative report but I would really think you need to take theses back. I’m not sure you knew they are scratched but both of the lenses are bad! Please contact me and reply so we can work this out and not have to give you negative remarks Thanks

juliacky @toritovar9 hi! I am very sorry, but when I wrapped them up I double check and didn’t see any marks and I made very sure it was wrapped protective. I used bubble wrap, a cloth bag and bubble pockets. If you want a return, you have to contact posh.

toritovar9 Wow that is crazy you would think that! they are so scratched up on both lenses! There is no possible way they got scratched up “in the mail” meaning you had to have known about them. That is very dishonest of you and I’m it’s sad that there are people out there like you selling things that are not in good condition and taking advantage of others. I will be contacting Poshmark and giving you a rating and many notes to others about your dishonesty!

There is no possible way they are scratched in the mail and you know it. It makes me feel bad because you really took advantage of me snd we both know it!

juliacky @toritovar9 I am being completely honest with you, I have sold items with wear and always completely list all wear in the listings. I have sold over 250 items and never had a complaint. If I noticed it especially if it was bad, it would of been made in the listing or not sold at all. It could be possible I didn’t see it, I check all items before listing and before shipping. I am very sorry. I am not sure how the marks got on the lenses. I didn’t see them.
