annmill So I finally heard back from support and they can’t provide labels to support over 10 pounds. So the option is to cancel the order and create multiple bundles. This is what they said and a message can only be 500 char so have to send separately.

If your package is greater than 5 lbs, you will need to generate a new shipping label which you can do directly from the app under Need New Shipping Label. The $6.49 shipping fee was already included in the buyer’s order. Please note the maximum weight we support is 10 lbs.
