marypro82 Hello! Just wanted to let you know- the item says it was delivered. The tracking shows when I click on it. I wish I could have known there was an issue before you rated it. At this point, you will need to contact customer support.

esquiremomma @marypro82 it wouldn’t let me do anything BUT rate it. Do you have a usps tracking number? I’d like to see the date and time it was delivered and compare to my Ring history.

marypro82 @esquiremomma you should have received an email with the tracking info. Also- your purchase shows up in Poshmark and shows the tracking. I do not have my email with the tracking anymore. I would contact poshmark customer service since each item is mailed through their system.

marypro82 Hi there! I contacted customer support on your behalf and they ask led for you to contact them about your item. I indeed cannot see the tracking anymore and they will take it from here since the three day acceptance window has passed.
