talitots @jules12836 hi. this is Toni, you purchased a bag on the 27th. I don’t know why it’s taking so long to reach you, I’ve been tracking the package. I visited my local post office before New Years Day. I checked again today ‘ A NO Show’ I understand the holiday but this is ridiculous. I filed a complaint to get the shipping refunded, If approved I’ll send it to U. it was 2 day priority not 5/6 day whenever, I apologize for the inconvenience. Happy New Year ! Enjoy the bag.
