lcletson59 Hi, I’m Linda Letson. I’m sorry you’re dissatisfied with the Naturalizer pumps you purchased from me. Just so you know, I didn’t see any flaking on the inside of the shoes. They’re not my size and I didn’t try them on. I don’t know what you mean about the heels being unfinished? They looked fine to me and did not show signs of wear. I did not knowingly post incorrect information.

likenapoleon @lcletson59 hi Linda, I was ok with the fact that the shoes arrived with some light peeling/fading, but when I tried them on the peeling became instantly obvious and significant. I’m not sure what happened between the time you took those pictures and my reception of the shoes, but it looks like the heel caps fell off. There is no black rubber on the heels, just exposed plastic that make the shoes dangerously slippery on almost all surfaces.

likenapoleon @lcletson59 The cost of these shoes was not expensive, but I think you can understand that I was disappointed with the unwearable quality of these shoes when you described them as “EUC”.

lcletson59 @likenapoleon Again I’m sorry. The shoes had the heel taps on them when I mailed them and they did not appear to be loose. The condition looked perfectly fine to me. But I hadn’t tried to wear them. I didn’t purposely misrepresent the shoes. They appeared to have little wear and be in EUC. I wouldn’t have sent (or sold) them if I had thought otherwise. They looked just like the pictures represent. I do apologize but I honestly didn’t know. You are welcome to return them to me if you would like.
