I can assure you that the coat is brand new with the tags, but if you would like to return the coat I would be more than happy to accept a return. juliasanders100 @lalazahn hi Lauren, I am going to dry clean the coat as it is thoroughly saturated with a mold or mildew scent and is unwearable in that condition. I will let you know how cleaning goes and get back to you about the return if I cannot get the smell out. I can’t imagine this could have happened just in shipping alone, but if I were you, Id send a note to your shipper, and I’d vacuum seal anything made of highly absorbable material in the future.
