katieruth11 Hi Julia, I wanted to send you a message because I was just speaking to my partner about sending out your Swedish Hasbeens today. I have her the shipping label and showed her the box that it needed to be shipped in. For some ridiculous reason they suggested she tape the sides of Hasbeens box and put the shipping label directly on it. Not understanding that this was not okay she did so. This is completely my fault.

katieruth11 I am not sure how to do so but if you would like to return it I will explain that it’s all on me. The shoes are obviously still in new condition but the box Will come with a shipping label on it. Please accept my apology and my ignorance as first time seller. I’m sick over this and if there is something I can do to fix it I will absolutely do it.

fox_whale Haha it’s that “grass is always greener” thing! I always wanted more curls growing up (but I’m thankful for straighteners and curling irons on the days when I really just want to mix it up!), and then my mom told me one of the keys to happiness was “learn to love your hair” 😄
