juliathornton34 @damo0501 Thank YOU so much for that. I started last week and LOVE posh but I have kinda been overwhelmed, there is so much!!! I need help and I want to be a really good posh seller!!!! I have been looking at other posh profiles and closets to try to get a idea of what sells best. I will look at your closet, since you are also selling toddler baby clothes. I have about 500 pieces of children's clothes that I wanted to sell. Please help me and thank you for messaging me!

damo0501 @juliathornton34 not a problem. Wow that’s a lot of items, I am starting to get my bearings and will have more items as time goes by. It can be very overwhelming, especially if you read or basically over read everything you see on Pinterest or blogs. What I would recommend is to start with your favorite items and go from there.

damo0501 @juliathornton34 I am revamping my closet so I ordered this light kit from amazon and already have a dslr camera so that does help as well but many people use cellphones and they take amazing pictures as well. There are editing apps that are free that people use to help them brighten an item up. I’ve been using “photo lab”, which works great but I find that my editing software on my Apple computer, in iPhoto is just as good but for some people editing right from your phone is easier.

damo0501 @juliathornton34 I also bought a little steamer from amazon that helps with any last minute wrinkles from brand new clothes to gently used. And when I revamp my closet, I have chosen a nice fluffy rug that makes the clothes look nice otherwise if you have a Michaels or craft store, you can buy foam boards, they are thicker then poster board and you can make your item look like it’s against a white backdrop for under $7

damo0501 @juliathornton34 lastly, just take it one step at a time. My best advice is organizing your clothes, brand new and gently used, over $10 or under $10, girls or boys clothing, anything to keep my stuff organized. My big problem that I have been finding from just my short time selling is my turn over rate. Most of my stuff is brand new and at amazing prices but once my item is bundled, buyers want me to take another $10-$20 dollars off an item.
