@jea0784 Hi Julia! I usually drop the boxes at the PO and don’t submit them to the PO clerk, So I don’t have any receipt. But so far I didn’t have such problem. Yesterday in response to my follow up I was told “ sometimes some packages go to the main office without scanning and will be scanned over there. And it may take a little time. But if you haven’t received any news till tomorrow (Which is today) let me know to follow up.” Now I am heading to PO in few mins to follow up.
