tizzyomalley I am not looking for forgiveness, a completely condescending comment coming from a shopkeeper. I am simply stating the products details. BOTH pair, stunk of chemicals, BOTH pairs are siff as a board. This was not a "harsh" assessment, nor was it directed at you personally, it is simply a truthful assessment of the products that I received from you. I would return them if it wasn't such a bother and as a shopkeeper you should be aware of the opinions of your purchasers, both good and bad.

singahh1 Hi Julia, Thanks for your offer. I was busy with Thanksgiving so am just getting back to you. I was looking at the purse and the suede has a couple very tiny marks, so small and light that you have to look pretty hard to see them and not noticeable if you are using the bag. they may be just natural imperfections in the suede. They are not stains. I think I should post a picture of them before I sell it because I don't want anything to go out that is not exactly as described.
