Hi! I’m sorry you were not happy with the headband. I assure you it has been washed, it has been sitting for some time as it has not been worn. I did mention the Nike symbol came off in the description due to the heat in the dryer. The residue is the sticky part from the symbol. I apologize again, let me know if there is anything I can do to help!
