Hi, I’m sorry about the problem you had with your order. I am new to Poshmark. I mailed the item 2 days after it was sold. There was a problem with the post office as it was not scanned until Friday. I was frantically calling because I thought the item was lost. I clicked the link for the sale that said delayed shipment which I thought would’ve notified you.

Also I am going to contact the post office as there was a lid on the box when mailed. As you can see every pic has a lid. I sincerely apologize that the interaction was less than what you desired. I hope you enjoy the shoes.

@cblue233 thanks so much for the note. I wish I would have taken a few pics now that I know there may have been a problem with the post office. I do still have the bottom of the shoe box. it was forced inside a box about the same size so it’s bent up a bit now. The box it arrived in was a Target shipping box in case that’s not what you packed it in. I do really like the shoes and they are just as described.
