mynahshine You have quickly become one of my favorite Poshers! It’s wonderful to see others calling the scammers out. I’m confused by Posh these days. They pulled 4 authentic items from my listings, yet these obvious fakes are always here. I even provided receipts & the court case regarding up cycled buttons actually being perfectly legal. Chanel dropped the case 2 wks after filing it.

If I can go around commenting on the listings they can hire someone to efficiently remove them. I emailed them and told them to hire me and they didn’t respond 😂

malth148 @juliamariew95 sorry that seller with the Gucci earrings blocked me! Gucci doesn't make any earrings like this. All of the earrings like this along with the rings and necklaces that look similar, I have found online for 5-15 dollars. There is no authentic Gucci stamp on the back of them as all Gucci jewelry has it.

juliamariew95 @nagyjoann Of course, I’m so sorry that happened to you. Unfortunately the same mass scammers have overtaken the platform and Poshmark does nothing to remove them. I try to warn as many people/listings as I can, but it doesn’t seem to do much. I honestly think that the fact that they scam so many people a day and make so much income that Poshmark gets 20% of that income, and that’s the reason why they keep their accounts active.

juliamariew95 @nagyjoann They are completely unresponsive, due to the thousands of accounts they manage, and only respond when they believe they can con someone. If it is past the return date on your item, I would continue to email Poshmark multiple times until they can offer a solution to you. I know sometimes they have even granted refunds. Not every time, but I definitely wouldn’t give up 😔

Etc they are priced low, and have a phone number in the bio,. No ones gonna have all sizes. That one person had made 100+ accounts and scammed thousands of people so I usually keep an eye out for him
