dengwei87 @allyandivy : it’s really okay no worries - as I proposed : if your willing to refund me a fair amount for the time and cost it’ll take me to go to the jewelers and get it fixed : then I’m comfortable with that arrangement. They’re quite a beautiful pair and I’m glad to have finally received them and would like to keep them. What do u think would be a fair amount to refund me and how does that process work on this site? dengwei87 @allyandivy thanks for checking back in - they said they’d give me a 50 dollar credit .. I would have preferred they’d credit my card to supplement the cost of having to fix the missing gems . This infers id have to make yet another purchase to get 50 bucks off . Still new to the new posh mark system so I am unclear how to address this
