kirsten84j @hofstetter_jul so I just received the sneakers...they look like they’ve been refurbished or something. There’s glue all around the edges and it looks like a light cigarette burn on the white part on top of heel. These cannot be new! It’s a shame because I really wanted this exact style but I definitely wouldn’t have paid more than $20 total for these things. I would hope in ur response u will be honest will me now because new shoes do not have glue marks!!

hofstetter_jul @kirsten84j I am very sorry that it appeared not as you have expected, even though I have told about all the imperfections. I swear I didn't do anything to them! But lets resolve the situation without additional negativity. You can return the sneakers or if you have any suggestions I am eager to compromise

kirsten84j @hofstetter_jul I checked it but I didn’t pay with Pay-pal. I used my balance from sales I made and put the rest on my debit card. Are u sure it can be refunded? I’ve never done it
