zoeserendipity Hi Julia, I just saw the rating and remarks you gave. Sterling silver can turn your finger green. There are many factors that weigh in on this. It could be a reaction from lotions and soaps, or a chemical reaction to our own individual chemistry. Sleeping in sterling silver is not advised. Some people will take clear nail polish to avoid this. I have learned a lot about jewelry here on PM. Rhodium finished jewelry is best because it won't turn. I apologize. I hope this info helps
