02yellowbird Hi Julia. I’m really sorry that you are not totally happy with your new coach keychain/bag charm. I just wanted to check that something wasn’t wrong with it since it was sealed from coach and I hadn’t opened it. I guess that I should but I thought that people would rather have them unopened. Of course if it’s something that I did I do truly apologize. I would appreciate any feedback that you can give me. Thank you and I Hope you have a great afternoon.
