wellsjuliag @lleblan3 hi there, sorry, I had completely forgotten about coming back to complete the process. TBH, I was a little shocked to see a lipstick in the plastic-lined pocket. 🙁 It wasn’t sealed and there was no mention of it being thrown in as a freebie, which you wouldn’t expect anyway, if it was not apparent that it was an unused lipstick. So I felt that the item wasn’t actually NWOT, as listed. I didn’t know how to msg you to discuss.

lleblan3 @wellsjuliag I’m sorry that you feel this way. All my other people who purchased from me were very happy to receive little surprises. It is a new lipstick that I put in the bag... I thought you would be happy to find it there. You should be able to see that the bag is new and I want you to be happy so I have no problem canceling the transaction, just let me know how you want to proceed.

lleblan3 @wellsjuliag Hi Julia, i sent an email to Poshmark support to start the process of returning the bag to me and cancelling the transaction. They will probably send you the instructions and as soon as I receive a reply, I will let you know :))

lleblan3 @wellsjuliag Hi Julia, I received a reply from Poshmark support, unfortunately since you release the funds by accepting, I cannot do anything. But, here is what they recommend; “We do want to assist you in ensuring that your buyers have a great experience on Poshmark! If they have any concerns about their order, please have them reach out to us directly so that we can better assist them.”

lleblan3 @wellsjuliag no problem. Can I ask you, you really do not see that the bag is new? I paid $60 US last winter and never used it. If jewelry would have been stored in it, you would see the the marks especially with the clear pockets.
