saraneedler hey Julia, you purchased a pair of rust colored Prana courdoroys from me. As I was preparing to ship them I realized that it doesn't look like they have the original hem at the ankles. I has them professionally altered to be shorter with about a 29" inseam. I'm sorry I didn't have this listed on my page. I didn't catch it then. I want to be upfront and honest with you and make sure you still want them? thanks? (I'm sorry for posting here. I couldn't figure out how to private message you).

saraneedler @juliahfranz I just saw your reply and have already mailed the package out. I'm not sure how to handle it. How about this: want to at least try them on when you get them ? If they don't work, we'll contact customer service and have them help us make it all work.
