gialarue Hi. 1 star rating is very very very bad. I feel I have the right to know why I get 1 star instead of 2, or 3 or 4. I've been selling for years and never ever had a problem like this (especially for $15). Could I know why? Thanks

gialarue Please. This is my job, and for 1 item that arrived on time, is second hand, and was dirt cheap you are hurting me for the rest of my time on Poshmark without giving me ANY REASON. You could've been polite and reached out to me and we could've find a solution. I really feel that for any problem your order had 1 star is way too low. What if that happened to you?

gialarue @july_ana03 I swear I am fine with a 1 star, but I need to know what I did wrong in order to improve! I mean I left. As reviews in my life but I think I never left a 1 😢 anyway I really appreciate getting back to me and updating it. I am so sorry the pants weren't what you expect. I can give you a 30% off of any other item you may like on my shop, or a partial refund in a few days!
