cheryl1111 First of all I’m not sure what your talking about as to fragile or that the box was crushed but I do know that I had thick padding and bubble wrap around the items and I wish you would of talked to me to find this out before you left me bad feedback since you are the first to do so. I was letting you know, because the sides with the 2 boxes, there was no bubble wrapping at all and it could have avoided the extent of the damage inside. Trust me, I’m not one to lie.. This is insulting and annoying. We have had other such experiences--one dealer offered us $50 for our 14kt gold chain and Comb and Brush set and then had the nerve to ask the weight of the items as though she now owned them.
