jude1123 @julianabilyk No, you don't have to pay for them. You can go to your post office and get a few in each of the sizes. When you see which sizes you use most frequently, I suggest you go to the USPS website and order one package of each that you see you use the most. USPS delivers them to your home for free.

jude1123 @julianabilyk Just to clarify, you don't pay for shipping as the seller. If you offer a private discount to people who like an item in your closet, you have to also offer a shipping discount ($1.50 or $6.49). Does this and /or my previous reply answer your question?
