valoisi Hi Julianne. Thanks for your purchase of the Gantos jacket. I was checking it before I ship it and noticed a couple of spots that I had not seen before (likely due to lighting). There are 2 stains on the sleeves that I failed to see and the sleeves were rolled, creating a crease. I apologize, as this item is not in the condition I originally thought when I first listed it. I just wanted to let you know so that if you want to cancel the order, you still have time. Again, many apologies.

lookin_fabulous Thank you so much for your purchase. I apologize that your jacket was rained on when it arrived and was not wrapped in plastic. I have never wrapped in plastic since joining PM. We can't foresee every circumstance, I understand, but as a protective measure against any weather conditions or spills, I like the idea of plastic covering. Plus, now I have to wait until it dries before I can give it a good once-over because the box was falling apart and the jacket saturated. I had a silk suit arrive at the same time, which thankfully was in plastic and dry, but both outside boxes were soaked. Thanks.
