cgncognito oh dear, I'm Sooo sorry!!! I have Fibro & CFS. Only those who have it, understand. I'm one of the rarer one's, I got them separately of each other, Fibro 17yrs & CFS 8yrs, so I distinctly know the difference. I can't even begin to express the pain & emotions that r involved, tho I think others w it understand w out explanation. But Yes, I was forced to go on Disability so PM is a Life saver, it's groceries!! I'd love to hear ur story if u care too share!!

raidtheclosets @cgncognito been 15 years I've given up have applied for disability but waiting is killing me. Time to get a lawyer . It's that time when you wait on court date. I'm a proud woman who's alone in this. And I still fight to see what I can do hoping something has changed . But this I hope will be my Savior as well.

cgncognito I understand, Fibro is so hard 2 get disability for, bc there is no proof, no test n yet Ur suffering. I certainly hope it works out for U. when mine went thru they gave me retroactive pay, so hopefully they do for u as well. Idk bout u but for yrs I cycled btwn, exceptance, anger, & depression, plus ea spring I seemed to get a boost of energy, so I always had that to look forward too, but I haven't gotten a boost in couple yrs,so I've basically given up.

raidtheclosets @cgncognito I got a tanning bed it help fool my body in thinking it's summer all year. Plus it known we lack vitamin k. So more I lay in it better I feel . Try getting sun as much as you can.

cgncognito Interesting. I used too typically tan in spring and summer, it was motivating, but I wonder if it was more than psychological. It's worth a try.

raidtheclosets @cgncognito swear it works high doses of sun. We all like the hot day. Never like yourself get cold nothing under 78° at night. I use a electric blanket twin folded in half to sit on full body heat pad. It works good.

cgncognito Yes, heat makes sense for the Fibro.. before I got CFS I was always cold...now that I have CFS tho I am burning up all the time. Whch makes sense I guess bc U run a low grade fever w CFS, basically add the Flu too Fibro and you have CFS. It's the exhaustion that gets me way more then the pain. But I def think a healthy dose of Sun is helpful, strangely the more overwhelmed you become the less logical steps you remember, so Thank You, I'm going too make an attempt, hopefully I will see a dif!
