juliet73 @jannawalker15 I received the bag today. I understand that the inside is worn, but was surprised to find that it is very dirty. You referred to some pen marks, but those are small in comparison to the stains. I feel it should have arrived to me clean, but it is dirty. I intend to reject the item, but wanted to give you a chance to respond so I will wait until tomorrow.
