jhavanis @kittygehl if you go under your account, where it lists your closet, etc. bottom right hand corner on my app. Scroll down and there's a 'contact poshmark support' I've used it before

katdietrich Hi Julie! Thank you… I just received your package. However one pair of jeans is too big and the other one is too small. I was really hoping for the perfect fit. What is your return policy? I’m sure they will sell quickly as they are in perfect condition… Just don’t fit me.

jhavanis @katdietrich oh bummer! It is my understanding that all sales are final. I’ve never been asked this before. You could certainly feel free to sell on your Poshmark. I would not care. They are no good to you if they don’t fit.
