@wrigs10 hi Julie I just saw your rating of the boots u purchased from me & I'm wondering why u did not rate me with 5 stars? There were no comments. I shipped the next day, they were in exact condition as represented in my closet & I communicated with u regarding status of shipping

The plate for the heels is worn down and needs replaced, not a big deal I will take it to a shoe repair this fall to be replaced. You were great to work with, sorry if you took offense for the 4 star rating I didn't mean anything negative.

@wrigs10 keep in mind u purchased used boots not new I represented the item exactly as pictured I also I did not try to misrepresent the item & shipped fast so when a seller gives good service & represents the item exactly as pictured they expect to get 5 stars this effects their rating , I understand now you weren't knowledgable about the system so I'd just like to tell you for the next seller or to help you so your or their rating isn't effected in the future thank you 😀
