thegypsyisles @jewelsaddiction I've been getting my hair professionally done for the past 2 years and literally every time I do it pretty much washes down the drain in a few days...I was told that it's because my hair follicles??? are damaged and can't hold the color. Do you know of anything to use to fix this product wise?

jewelsaddiction @foxysboutique your hair not holding color could be from different reasons . Are you one to go from light to dark a lot ? Always changing the color from blonde to brown ? And Are you using a Sulfate free shampoo ?

thegypsyisles @jewelsaddiction I use sulfate free shampoo always! But I do switch colors alot. Never fully blonde to brown or red or anything like that. I usually get a bayalage done with caramels or even the blonde will fade brassy...last time I had copper put in and gone in 2 days.

jewelsaddiction It could also be the color that's being used on your hair also . If it's a Demi permanent color they wash out with every shampoo and only last 4 weeks to 6 weeks .

jewelsaddiction Also, it wouldn't be your hair follicles that are damaged . It would be your hair shafts and ends lacking protein and keratin. That's from having bleach and or color remover put on your hair multiple times when your changing it from one color to another . That will strip it out .If you use Keratin enriched shampoos and conditioner and possibly get a Keratin treatment done on your hair it would strengthen it and color would last a lot longer for you 💛Sorry for the book 😂
