alaskanstyle @jweilnau Hey Julie! Tessa here, I ordered the Aldo glasses (Love btw!) and Loft sweater. Both arrived yesterday evening, but I've been hesitant to accept the order without touching base with you first. The sweater has a really bad snag on the arm, a smaller snag on the bottom back and there's quite a bit of pilling. Usually the pilling I'd fix just by running the electric fuzz remover over it, but there are two snags that I'm worried will catch, cause a hole and be ruined.

alaskanstyle @jweilnau I like the sweater still, but I feel these flaws should have been disclosed in the description . I hate leaving low ratings, and I ♥️the glasses so I thought I'd see your thoughts.

jweilnau @alaskanstyle I knew the sweater had been in my closet for a while and it was really expensive that's why it was priced so cheap. But again I really apologize I should have inspected it better with better pictures.

alaskanstyle @jweilnau It happens. If it had just been pilling, I wouldn't have thought twice about running a de-fuzzer over it, and adding it to my personal closet. The snag on the left arm (near the top of the cuff fold), was immediately noticeable when I got it. I guess I'll try and get it someone who can mend it so it doesn't unravel. I'm worried about wearing it beforehand BC if that snag gets caught on something, it may ruin it. Thx for getting back to me.
