aundriabasquez Hi Julie, I just wanted to inform you that today I received the Jenny Yoo- Annabelle dress in mink grey- size 10 maternity. I originally ordered a size 10 dress from you and received the maternity and I believe there was a mix up so I returned it back. I didn’t repurchase so I think I received this one again by mistake. Just wanted to let you know. Let me know how you’d like to proceed.

juliegingles @aundriabasquez hi, thanks so much for letting me know. I have no idea how that happened! does the box have another shipping label on it? someone else had purchased and I printed the label and gave them that one when I dropped it off.

aundriabasquez @juliegingles of course! I figured this was a mistake when I received it. There are 2 different labels on the box. One in the front and one in the back. Looks like mine is still on there but there’s also another that reads the name Courtney Williams.

juliegingles @aundriabasquez yes, I thought they’d just cover the old label when I dropped it off - lesson learned 🙈 I actually had another that I shipped to the new buyer so if there’s any way you could drop it off and have them return to sender I would really appreciate it — so sorry for all the trouble!

aundriabasquez @juliegingles I just called ups! They said that if I were to just go in now that I would have to pay for shipping back to your address or the girl’s. They said you need to setup a prepaid label just like you would do on returns with a company so all I would have to do is walk in and they could ship it.
