jmacwatson @mlr56810 hi, yes- shes returning them. In her opinion, they arent authentic. Im surprised they dont have a stamp, but what I can assure you is that I bought them at the chanel in union square when i lived in san Francisco. I called them for a receipt but it has been more than 5 years. So, it would essentially be a matter if trust. I'm hoping you can see from my listings that i would never sell (or own/wear!) A fake!! 100% up to you, of course! ;)

mlr56810 Oh, I don't think they are fake, I've seen these selling in stores before, and I'm pretty good at spotting Chanel fakes (if I may say so myself, lol). It's just so odd that there's no stamp, because even the very vintage ones do. I was more afraid that there's some defects on them, like discoloration, tarnishing, etc. Are the backings the original ones that came with the earrings? Usually Chanel uses different backings for their earrings.

jmacwatson @mlr56810 thanks for saying that, I appreciate it!! It's an integrity thing for me! I'm honestly not certain about the backs, I can take a look when I get them back. I bought them in 2006, so not sure if they are the original backs or not. They aren't damaged, but I can certainly take more pics as well!
