jennysturgill @jewelmarie1970 I'm not sure what to do either, I tested the zipper prior to posting and again when it sold. I will contact support tomorrow and see what they suggest. I am an honest posher, I have posted pictures of other items that are not in mint condition so the buyer is aware of them. I don't want you to think I'm trying to be tricky and also don't want you to be unhappy with your purchase!

jewelmarie1970 Thank you so much. I had my maintenance supervisor where I work try it also and he said it the little prongs that aren't lined up correctly.

jewelmarie1970 I had to reach out within 72 hours per posh. I honestly have never had this happen. I just want to send back the purse. I asked for a label. I am hopeful this will be solved soon.

jewelmarie1970 Good afternoon, I decided not to move forward with sending back the purse. I accepted the purse so I guess it just has a little character.
