cynthia9370 @jtmissjules After you receive a like, you can go tobyour listing and click on the Price Drop button at the bottom of the screen, then select the second option (the first lets you lower the price for all to see, but the second lets you send a private, discounted offer just to your likers!). Does this help?

jtmissjules @soriag thank you so much! One question I have is....is there a quick way to see who has liked my postings? I’m finding that the majority of the notifications I see are people who are following me....which is awesome, and I really appreciate that....but I worry that I may miss a “like.”

jtmissjules @soriag I feel like it’s the only way to see that my posts are being seen...and I like to sometimes offer discounts to people who’ve liked my posts.

soriag @jtmissjules hmmmm...ok, if you have an IPAD, you can see the likes on each item by going to your closet. On your phone, only way to see them is opening each item. Any likes will always be under your Notification, same place where your followers are listed

soriag @jtmissjules I noticed that you have almost not shares. Sharing your closet is the best way to add likes and potential buyers. You may want to start sharing your items more often, and sharing others’ items as well

lisaloo711 Hi Julie. So I had the blouse in my hand last night while going out to my car to get a shipping envelope and I accidently dropped it in the driveway and it's been raining so it got dirty. I washed it but looks like there are a couple small stains on the very bottom on the blouse that did not come out. I was wondering if you would just like me to cancel the order, or pick another blouse you might want from my listings instead?

jtmissjules @deanna_deanna88 there aren’t really good options in terms of a reason for the rating. There also was no way for me to know that you don’t know the history of the items you sell - and if that’s the case - how do you know it came from a pet and smoke free home? Also - the measurements were actually a bit generous, when I measured. I’m sorry that you’re unhappy about the rating. I’m not actually sure why Poshmark does that since people can’t see your rating anyway.
