I just received the jeans. They are super cute but way too tight. I’m truly surprised because all of my jeans are size 25 and a little loose. Did you by chance tailor them? I completely understand if the answer is no, but is it possible to return them?

@ltally hi there, I’m sorry to hear the jeans don’t fit well. They are as I purchased, I tried on in store and did not alter in any way. I never fit lower than size 25 so that is surprising and understandably disappointing. I’m not sure how it works through the app but I can take them back minus any shipping or other fees. Let me know :)

@juelz13 I just sent support a message. I let them know that you are willing to accept the return. I also let them know that I am happy to accept a credit if that is somehow easier for you. I think if they offer me a credit then you get to keep the money but I’m not entirely sure. I will let you know once they get back to me. Thank you so much again!
