jssmith131 Hi There! The Gap Navy Blue Tennis dress from the GapFit line is Brand New with the tags. Gap discontinued making the tennis dresses/line and now these dresses are in demand and are hard to find. As a result I cannot accept such a low ball offer of only 20 dollars. If you look at how many I sold this some on the 30 dollar ranch at the end of my closet you can see how in high demand they are in.
