katelynlarsonnn Hey Julie! You never purchased the shark costume or it would not be listed for sale even if you had cancelled the order (just how Poshmark works). I send everything same day or next day shipping if you look at my stats. Poshmark also automatically cancels orders if not sent in a week. There must of have been a technical error or something along those lines.

reaganroo Hi Julie, unfortunately I never received a notice or email that you purchased the Sophia dress. Otherwise it would have been sent out right away. I always ship my stuff same day or next day as you can see from my stats. Also posh always send updated notices if we haven’t sent anything. There must have been some technical difficulty on your end. If you would still like the dress, I can send it out today for you.
