poshcinci Hi Julie. I am so sorry to hear about your boots! I would like to learn more about the tear. I just checked the shipping and see they took a while to get to you. They had to be damaged in shipping. They are brand new. Please tell me more about the tear. Where is it specifically? How large is it? Does it look like a scuff or a cut? I would never send damaged goods. You can see that from my reviews.

juliekurtz @poshcinci no it was not damaged and wrapped well. I took a photo of it and sent it on as a report. There was no photo of the wear and tear on the front when you advertised.

juliekurtz I'm not sure what happened but none of the package was damaged. I was on a business trip and returned today to open it. They may be why it took long. Yes the front of one boot is the issue. Not sure how to send you a photo?

poshcinci @juliekurtz is it the toe? Which boot, left or right? I also have pictures and they were not damaged when I mailed them. You can make a listing to post a photo and then delete it. Or you can email me at my handle at gmail. I am very sorry this happened. I can understand your disappointment. Though I do wish you would have contacted me before giving me a 1 star rating. I certainly was not rying to deceive you and lie about the condution of the boots. I do not do that.

poshcinci @juliekurtz Have you seen the photos in the listing? It is obvious from those photos the leather is not peeling or torn. I cannot image what happened to them in the mail. Is there any way you can get me a photo? I just don't understand how that could happen.

poshcinci @juliekurtz you can make the photos a listing by selecting sell and then just delete the listing or you can email me poshcinci at gmail. I understand if you dont want to email though. I emailed Posh though and asked them what to do also. Are the damaged areas visible in the listing photos? You can pinch and zoom those photos in the app. I am just curious. I have other photos of the boots too but I cant edit a sold listing.

poshcinci @juliekurtz agreed. But there is an ariel veiw of one boot and the side views oosted are pretty comprehensive. I also have other unposted photos of the boots that show no damage. I am not worried, but I want to see the damage. And I still think you should have contacted me first, especially seeing my stats as a top seller before assuming you were purposely sent damaged merchandise.

yourfingertips Hi Julie! I am so sorry but as I was packing up the boho bag you purchased, I noticed a seam had come loose down the side of the bag. I didn’t know there was any damage before posting. I relisted the same bag in my closet with pictures of the damage for you to see (did not cause a hole, but seam is split). Please look at the new posting and notify me if you want to cancel the order, or cancel/buy again at a significantly reduced price. I am so sorry for the inconvenience!
