@poshcinci no it was not damaged and wrapped well. I took a photo of it and sent it on as a report. There was no photo of the wear and tear on the front when you advertised.

I'm not sure what happened but none of the package was damaged. I was on a business trip and returned today to open it. They may be why it took long. Yes the front of one boot is the issue. Not sure how to send you a photo?

Hi Julie! I am so sorry but as I was packing up the boho bag you purchased, I noticed a seam had come loose down the side of the bag. I didn’t know there was any damage before posting. I relisted the same bag in my closet with pictures of the damage for you to see (did not cause a hole, but seam is split). Please look at the new posting and notify me if you want to cancel the order, or cancel/buy again at a significantly reduced price. I am so sorry for the inconvenience!
