thedallasmama Hey! Saw the rating on the item you purchased. Just hoping you can tell me what was meant by, improve cleanliness. I double checked the top before it was sent, and it did not have one mark or stain. I'm super confused. I have a 4.9 rating, so this is super concerning.

Do you really think 3 stars is fair, though? I see you have no listings, so please consider the history of the seller when rating. I take a lot of time and pride in my listings, packaging & the condition of the items I sell. Thank you.
