@jaynunley when items are New with tags (NWT) or New without tags (NWOT) that will be listed in the item description. None of my items had that listed. I have had great reviews with all of my PINK sale items. They have all been in the same shape as yours. I'm sorry you are disappointed with your purchase. If you want brand new items your should look for NWT or NWOT, or just purchase in store for full price.

@shelbfromm I understand that they were not brand new but these items look really bad and I know you know that. They are all balled up and very worn out. I will say this you taught me a lesson. Wish we could have done better business.

@sellergirl77 Thanks, it really sucks. Lesson learned though. I'm so excited about getting into this so I'm gonna leave it alone and stay positive. It just sucked that I was in the hospital when they came or they would have got sent right back. So it's might fault too. I guess.
