ana224 @juliejenjanson Unfortunately we need to do it through poshmark - that was not the address you provided on the original packing slip and I should not have to pay for the shipping. I want to make sure you get the purse but we have to go through the proper channels.

I’m brand new at this so I have no idea what to do when you run into problem of buyer really never receiving the item despite of the tracking confirmation ... Sorry I can’t help more !😓

trheiss The item you purchased is packaged and sitting at our local post office. Louisiana has been inundated with a snowstorm for the last 4 days and our entire state is crippled!
