Hi there. I want to personally apologize for the package mixup. I feel horrible about it & I don't know of any other way to say I'm sorry. The buyer who got your package has also filed a claim & the package will be sent back to me. I'm going to take extra precaution to make sure this never happens again. I'm truly horrified at what happened & I sincerely hope you accept my apology.

@jmp0627 poshmark is not shipping the perfume back to me becuae apparently it's illegal to ship perfume via ups which I didnt know. So the buyer of the flip flops I guess gets to keep the bottle of perfume & they (poshmark) gave me what she paid for the flip flops ($12) so she got a very expensive bottle of perfume for $12 & I made $8. Wow. Wish i would've known that we couldn't ship perfume.

@c_kirtley OMG I've received perfume from UPS before too! Bless your heart, that sucks! If I had received it by accident I'd pay Fedex or whom ever to get it back to you, that's sad that they get to keep it! That's just selfish of them!

@jmp0627 I had no idea you couldn't send perfume via ups. So many other people have perfume listed too. I messaged the buyer of the flip flops. I hope she does end up sending it back to me somehow, but I guess if she keeps it then she got one heck of a deal. Lol. I'm sorry for you though because you didnt get what you were originally supposed to get. Thank you for being so nice through all this 😊❤

@jmp0627 hi there yes I got the flip flops back but it's not giving me the option to say that I did. All the options I have are 'report a problem with return' & release payment & when I click on release payment it says status:cancelled. Am I doing it wrong?
