karar1988 I placed an order with this seller February 21 and my item has still not been sent out , I reached out to her the past Sunday said she was shipping it out that day , it’s now Wednesday and still hasn’t been shipped out . I reached back out to her and no reply . I’ve saw other great reviews of this seller so not really sure what the deal is with me purchase , I’ve been highly disappointed! Was looking forward to my purchase but guess it’s not happening ... not really sure what’s going on .

I've been in customer service for 19 years; blatantly ignoring your customers who are just inquiring about when you're going to ship their items is rude and distasteful. I am going to push for you to lose your Ambassador status.
