Hello, you purchased my converse sandals. I wanted to let you know that I dropped them at the post office on 11-5. I don’t know why they are not tracking but I will be going to the PO to see what happened. I have been unsuccessful in reaching them by phone.

@jk83lee Glad the item reached you. I see you posted that I needed improvements on item description, cleanliness, and responsiveness. Can you please elaborate as the item was described & pictured. Not sure what else I could have said. The shoes were very clean for being worn and again pictured. Response time? I mailed the item within 3 days after purchase however the post office never scanned before sending out. The shoes were sent wrapped and boxed with a thank you note.

@jk83lee thank you for the re-rating. I try my best to deliver a great product. I have received a large box with a pair of shoes just tossed in. Nothing wrapped around them, nothing but 2 separated shoes. I have received orders better than stores so I always want to make sure I come somewhere close to the good.
