saucysweater Good evening, I’m have been made aware that you were not interested in the piece of foam which was inserted into the computer case you purchased. I would like to request you reconsider your posted rating as it was only included to maintain shape of bag in transit and not part of the case.

saucysweater It was included as a courtesy which was posted in the listing in the event the buyer chose to keep the foam insert and was not part of the sales of the case itself. This element was clearly stated in the listing, the black dye from the case interior has rubbed on the foam which was cut and placed for transport.

saucysweater It is like a shoe insert meant to keep the shape when stored or shipped but personally cut by the former owner as a courtesy which was explained that it was not what you were purchasing. Thank you for time, consideration and fairness when reviewing this matter.

saucysweater The original listing explained to the buyer that the misshapen foam piece with the black dye from the fabric rub-off was “Personally cut makeshift foam insert will be included as a courtesy (not part of item posted for sale, simply added as courtesy, feel free to discard ifit is of no use). This was placed inside already somewhat thick sleeve to provide additional, excessive protection”
