This is very very bad business practice for someone who is selling on Poshmark. You sold me a backpack that you said was ‘brand new without tags’ but when I received the bag, it was clearly used - because you left someone’s business card inside the bag. If you are going to lie to your buyers you should have at least made sure you (or your daughter) didn’t leave anything inside the bag.

You AGREED to give me $10 back for this backpack because you sold it to me as new but it is used and now instead of sending me $10 you are telling me to return it. I already had it cleaned so if I send it back you will owe me more money for having it cleaned.

@happyday3131 I assumed that Poshmark would issue you the credit. I sent them a message to see how to handle this. I’m not going to mail out a payment since I’m already out $ on this deal. I’m only making $8.00 as it is.

Hi Julie! I’m Robyn I’m the one who purchased the Ed hardy canvas bag. It said it was delivered yesterday but I’m unable to locate it. Trying to reach a few neighbors to see if maybe they got it by mistake. I’m currently at work and can’t contact the post office while I’m here. But will reach out as soon as I’m done.
